Volcanoe Lab! – Students answer practice questions about volcanoes. Each correct answer takes them one step closer to a volcanic eruption.
Study the effect of humidity and temperature on the evaporation rate of water in Water Evaporation Activity. – Students will learn about evaporation by setting various temperatures, weather conditions, and container shapes and sizes. After making their selection, they can watch the evaporation process.
See how erosion affects the land in “Rock Around the Park” – Students will learn about the effects of erosion on the land and the structures it forms. Information is presented for review then practiced in an interactive game.
Identifying “Simple Machines” around the house. – In this game students will select a common household item and identify the simple machine in it. Students will surely learn some new things about the items that see and use everyday.
