Life Science

Classify Living Things Smartboard Lesson – Students will classify living things into the category given to them. Cool interactivity checks their response and gives them immediate feedback.

Parts of a Plant Smartboard Activity – Students match the drawings with the plant part names and make a salad. First pick a plant part, then pick a plant name! After, see the answer.

Everyday is Earth Day Lesson – Students clean the Earth and place the items in the correct pail for recycling. Remember, every day is Earth Day!

Build a Dinosaur on the Smartboard – Students build a dinosaur in this interactive activity.  They can create their own by selecting a body, a head, a tail, and legs.  Great way for students to identify dinosaurs along with vocabulary with a dash of creativity!
